I am, and have been for two decades, an early Childhood Educator / Kindergarten teacher in many countries in Asia ranging from exotic locations like the Republic of Maldives to Dictatorships such as Myanmar working for only the best of International and Private Schools. I am very accomplished and qualified not to mention experienced. I have only ONE surviving relative in South Africa - a father deep in his seventies on his third pacemaker. I have been living in Vietnam for a little over two years now and my latest re-entry to Vietnam was on New Year's Day 2020 after spending Christmas and new year in Thailand where I speak the local language near fluently.
Early in December 2020 I had an incident where I saw a funny meme on facebook that went a little like this:
After visiting Mrs Y (his great grandmother) Mr X was so upset at Mrs Y for finding out that she had voted for a certain party in the US that he vowed never to visit her again (IN THE CEMETERY)
I saw this meme on facebook, found it funny, and clicked the share button. The moment I did my screen went blank and Facebook informed me that my account would be deleted in 30 days. I tried all kinds of remedies to solve the problem with the social media platform.
I found an article online that advised that I should write a letter to some regulatory bodies as well as senators in the US including the country where the unfair theft of my entire life's memories took place pursuant to ever evolving community standards that stifle public debate. This I did and also indicated in no uncertain terms that if the current trend of fact checking and stifling of free speech online (which during Covd times is becoming our public space more frequently) I felt that self-immolation as practiced by monks and nuns in Tibet would be a conceivable way for the public worldwide to show that we as humanity will not stand for this type of treatment by big tech.
How can something that is seen as a noble deed in one country fighting for the freedom to speak their minds give so much offence in another?
As I am an expat living outside my Country for at least two decades all my friends live in other countries and as I am of Polish Jewish Descent my Cousins and so on live either in the US or Europe. We don't have much contact as I was raised Christian and most of them are full blood Jews. But we do follow each other's lives online.
I am a man of peace and I believe in peaceful means of settling disputes among individuals and nations as evidenced by the enclosed list of organizations that I belong to and the nature of my work with children as young as 2 years old some of whose lives I have followed throughout into adulthood with their parents and I celebrate each stage of their lives as any parent would.
I made it very clear that I felt so wronged and powerless that I indeed was so depressed at the time that I would consider taking my own life. Had anyone bothered to check I am from a country where the highest single spike in new cases of Covid was 137 thousand NEW cases.
I have acquaintances that are sick and dying. One of my friends Dr Suntani of the World Peace Gong Movement had died during that time, many goodwill ambassadors for various NGO's in the open borders movement had also passed away and a dear friend from Austria was fighting for his life in Thailand and passed away consequently only a few days ago. I am trying to console his daughter in Austria and also providing her with photos of the final years of the life of her father that were all locked into the account that I had lost. All video, all photos with my students, all the birthdays and Christmasses.
My question to you is how my letter to the US embassy is HO DO YOU GET FROM THAT POINT to INFORMING IMMIGRATION IN VIETNAM on a NON CITIZEN OF THE US....no less

This is absurd but not as absurd as the shocking things that I was told about a secret Facebook Server inside the US embassy that you are using to grant access to the COMMUNIST Government of Vietnam to spy on its citizens as you can see in my video interview with an Intellectual, Journalist, Writer and Political Analyst from South Africa Dr Dan Roodt (himself a politician in my home country and which he felt was serious enough to publish on his youtube channel.
I would never and never hurt a fly. I have been the victim of a Human Trafficking Ring in Vietnam a case in which the Pennsyllvania state Department of Education is also involved... I have only been mistreated until a recent development where I started to work for the Vietnamese American international Schools Group in Saigon and was still under probation when someone COMPLETELY OVERSTEPPED THEIR JURISDICTION and everything which is decent and made the allegation to immigration -

It is absurd and against not only your own US Constitution and numerous Federal regulations and laws not to mention a plethora of international covenants to which Vetnam, the Republic of South Africa, and the United Nations are Signatories.
On the 16th of December 2020 as a result of your embassy staff's ILLEGAL, UNCALLED FOR, AND TOTALLY ABSURD LIBEL and DEFAMATION OF MY CHARACTER my passport was seized and I started to be harassed by Imiigration staff who wanted to EXTORT MONEY OUT OF ME sometimes in COFFEE SHOPS and not at IMMIGRTION sometimes uniformed and sometimes not and as a result lost my job and having my students lose a teacher just before the IGCSE Exams!
What type of organization is the American embassy in Vietnam? Having made such baseless claims against a grief stricken gentleman whose only sin was writing a letter in which I stated that I was depressed and seeking relief against the theft of intellectual property by Facebook (a company duly registered under the laws of the United States.)
The actions taken by your esteemed office's officer whosoever may be responsible for this debacle is exactly the type of thing that would be expected from an International Terrorist Organization and not the type of behaviour that can be expected from an embassy of a Superpower that holds itself out to be a bastion of democracy, leadership, diplomacy and a respect for the rule of law.
YOU HAVE DEFAMED MY NAME in violation of my human rights and as a result of this I now face expulsion from Vietnam where I already have a case Pending with The South African Police's Human trafficking unit and INTERPOL against my former employer before The Vietnamese American Schools Group in terms of the Palermo principles and PROTOCOL AGAINST THE SMUGGLING OF MIGRANTS BY LAND, SEA AND AIR, SUPPLEMENTING THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION AGAINST TRANSNATIONAL ORGANIZED CRIME.
Why did you feel it your place and duty to destroy my career and push me to the edge of giving up on life whereas a simple courteous telephone call would have sufficed?
I would like to know the official who is responsible as I am sure my embassy would also be interested to know. I am a registered Asylum seeker and migrant professional and not a vagrant BEG-PACKER in Vietnam providing a service in an industry that is desperately understaffed in this part of the world.
I had to travel with great difficulty to Hanoi where our embassy is located a trip that took me 5 days by road because of your actions that led to the seizure of my travel documents, I've obviously been the victim of some very Questionable officials at immigration (whom I perceive to be your henchmen) Why are you acting like the Taliban and not an embassy?
I have until the first of March to prove my innocence and I intend to do so pursuant to the permission granted me by the Vietnamese Charge sheet in Writing following the correct channels through my legal representatives.
I don't think that I need to explain to you the anger and frustration that I feel as a direct result of your cowardly actions...
I am therefore inviting you to meet with me at the South African Embassy in Hanoi with officials from my government so that this ridiculous situation can be sorted once and for all because clearly should I attempt to meet with you at the US Embassy I may be charged with trying to blow up your embassy with a device that I may smuggle onto the premises "a 'la 007" style or something along those lines because it seems to me that everyone who does not carry a US passport is somehow sub human especially if they are From Africa like myself and are to be seen as potential terrorists.
I am sending a copy of this to my embassy and I am looking forward to meeting face to face in order that you may retract your baseless serious allegation of terrorism against me and work with the authorities who are now trying to expell me from their country as a result of your ridiculous actions.

I am a Kindergarten Teacher - I have a few recipes for PLAYDOH but saying that I am even capable of letting the thought cross my mind to find a recipe for explosives is a bit far fetched.
I would like you to unequivocally retract your statements to the Vietnamese government and I will not take legal action if you get them to drop their expulsion order against me whether we meet at the South African Embassy or not.
Should I be expelled from Vietnam (a very dangerous procedure during a worldwide pandemic) it would not matter what country I find myself in I will most certainly exhaust every Diplomatic and / or Legal avenue no matter how long it takes to bring suit against the Official Responsible ex officio and in their personal capacity even if I have to raise money through any means to do so.

This request is TIME SENSITIVE and I hope you will at least respect that having shown only contempt for due process and compliance with acceptable behavior befitting an embassy of a Superpower rather than the tactics employed by guerilla fighters of an international terror organization.

I Izak Meyer Rudolph born 22 May 1973 in South Africa hereby assert that I am a World Citizen. My rights are guaranteed under the Geneva Convention as well as the Stockholm Declaration of 1972 which includes ecological and economic rights.
FRAUD COMMITTED IN MY NAME BY IMMIGRATION AGENT VISA AGENT
This woman I only know as Yuri. In Vietnam the public are not allowed to work directly with Immigration. A direct violation of UN Declaration on human rights Article 10 - Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him. Article 6.
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law. Instead you have to address Immigration through a visa agent. She runs a visa agency called YURIVISA Agency. They apply on your behalf for any and all documentation, your VISA, Work Permit and TRC - Temporary Residence card. My last exit out of Vietnam was 23 December 2019 for a holiday in Bangkok Thailand (where I speak the language and have resided on and off for the past 18 years using it as a base to go and work in neighboring countries in Asia. I returned to Vietnam on the morning of 1st January 2020 last year with documents and my School Employment Contract from Western Australian International School System whom I started working for in March / April 2019 full time. Initially it was without contract on probation which they formalized with a contract in writing from 1/8/2019 to 31/7/2020. There were always salary discrepancies since I started. But Back to Yuri: I paid her an amount that was near $1500 to do all my visa work until I got work permit, TRC, etc. This she did most diligently but every time there was only a 3 month visa issued. I never saw a work permit or TRC due to the criminal actions of The western Australian International School System never supplying barely any teachers with the CORRECT forms licenses and registrations. This creates a situation where nearly the entire staff compliment is kept in a constant state of working semi illegally (meaning paperwork pending in the bureaucracy of the state) Of course Vietnam being Communist would find out about COVID from the Chinese Communist Regime long before anyone else and we had a lockdown soon after I entered. Every time my 3 month visa would be close to expiry I would send a message to Yuri and she would send a "Grab" driver to my home to pick up my passport they'd take it to her office - I'd be without one for a couple of days and she would phone, told me the driver would deliver and it was handed back into my hands.
Which brings me to the MOST IMPORTANT POINT. Every time this happened every 3 months I did NOT COMPLETE nor was I asked to complete any forms NOR SIGN ANYWHERE ON ANYTHING.
Everything went fine until Western Australian International school started THREATENING NOT TO PAY TEACHERS' SALARIES unless (during the term of our current contract) we did not cancel the current contract by signing a contract with a company in Pennsylvania USA called American Education And Development Group Inc. THERE WAS MUCH UNHAPPINESS ABOUT THIS agreed salaries fell, we'd be paid much later every month and in US Dollar which we would have to change by using a very very expensive bank teller card at ATMS and for purchases. Everyone signed only to get something at least. Our $2000 flight allowance per year disappeared and our medical insurance changed into a card worth LESS THAN A LIBRARY CARD at a blind school . There were human rights abuses and because I am one to stand up for my rights I was DURING LOCKDOWN asked not to come to the premises.
For 3 months I was ignored, everyone else got paid but me. I was almost in the street and then forced under duress to sign a document for a measly amount that they claimed was in full and final settlement.
I changed employers, got a new Vietnamese police clearance from Hanoi got a medical check up put Yuri in touch with the Human resources department of a company called the AMA now rebranded as Sylvan and asked Yuri to get all the requisite documents to change my next visa over to the new employer. The new employer agreed and supplied all the documents .
I AM NOW BEING CHARGED WITH MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT TO AN IMMIGRATION OFFICIAL.
For the first time during my arrest I was told that each time one has to complete a form in your own handwriting and sign the same certifying that the information is correct .
I don't know Vietnamese Law that's why they have the Visa Agents RIGHT?
Yuri was too lazy or whatever she had from the beginning (ab-initio) been filling the forms on my behalf (ILLEGAL) and FORGED MY SIGNATURE EVERY TIME ( FRAUD) she kept on submitting it as Western Australian International. Previous Employer (FALSE STATEMENT) WHICH IS WHAT I AM BEING CHARGED WITH. MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT TO AN IMMIGRATION OFFICIAL.
Be that as it may the US embassy and Facebook have a hand in this and you can watch videos about it on various platforms.
